Taj Loto – Butterfly Valve Lockout (TL – BFVL)

When slid into position, the wedge on the slider section prevents the compression handle from being squeezed, preventing the operation of the valve. The padlock is placed through the holes to ensure proper lockout. Hasps maybe used when multiple locking is required.
